11. Fresh & Perishable Products
Fresh meat and other perishable food products require appropriate handling and storage.
Customers should inspect fresh products immediately upon delivery and store them appropriately without unnecessary delay.
Due to food safety and hygiene considerations, fresh and perishable products are generally not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns once delivered.
12. Wrong or Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect, missing, or unacceptable product, please contact The Meat Majlis as soon as possible and preferably on the same day of delivery.
We may request the order number, photographs, and other information necessary to investigate the issue.
Where a claim is verified, The Meat Majlis may provide an appropriate replacement, refund, credit, or other remedy.
