🍗 Recipe: Easy Chicken Biryani

2 cups Premium Long-Grain Basmati Rice

500g chicken pieces

1 large onion, sliced

2 tomatoes, chopped

1/2 cup plain yogurt

2 tbsp cooking oil

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tsp biryani spice mix

1/2 tsp turmeric + 1/2 tsp cumin

Salt to taste

Fresh coriander and mint

Method: Wash and soak the basmati rice for 20–30 minutes. Cook the chicken with onion, tomatoes, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and salt until tender. Separately, parboil the rice until almost cooked. Layer the rice over the chicken, top with fresh coriander and mint, then cover and cook on low heat for 15–20 minutes. Gently fluff and serve hot.
